Services Overview
Provide support to Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly, for example record keeping, data entry, resource coordination and scheduling, supplier management also ensuring compliance with government and safety regulations.
Coordinate and manage the delivery of standard customer orders ensuring delivery is on time and within budget.
Execute the relevant order delivery tasks i.e. scheduling internal and external resources, tracking and reporting on progress.Communicate with clients and manage their expectations throughout the service delivery process (escalating where appropriate).Coordinate order delivery activities with other internal departments (technical teams, sales team and accounts team).
